This document defines the rules for using the online store at lotterygolfclub.com, placing orders, delivering ordered products to the Customer, the Customer's right to withdraw from the contract, and the rules for filing and considering complaints.
1. General Provisions
The Online Store is operated by POZDRAWIAM PAWEŁ CHWEDCZUK with its registered office in Tychy, Al. Bielska 137A lok. 7, 43-100 Tychy, NIP: 6462900563, REGON: 383807473.

2. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded in English or Polish upon the Customer clicking the button "ORDER AND PAY" (or equivalent) in the Checkout process. Prices include all taxes. Delivery costs are specified separately before the conclusion of the contract.
3. Payments and Delivery
We accept payments via Stripe (Credit Cards, Digital Wallets). Products are delivered via GlobKurier or InPost (Paczkomat) within the ETA specified on the product page (typically 3-14 business days).
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
A Consumer (or a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Consumer acquired possession of the goods. To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via our Returns Portal or email).
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
5. Complaints (Reklamacje)
The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects. In case of defects, the Consumer has rights under the warranty (rękojmia) for 2 years from delivery.
Complaints should be sent to legal@lotterygolfclub.com. We will respond within 14 days.
6. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution
The Customer has the possibility of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. Details are available at the offices of district consumer ombudsmen or on the EU ODR Platform.
